    honesty, it doesn't charge correctly, even with a Samsung FastCharger.. keeps giving me notices that there is 'moisture I the char being port'. I think the last user perhaps dropped it in their toilet, or such. meh

    The iPhone 13 mini is in itself an excellent phone, solid 4-star rating, maybe 5, however the phone we received has a camera lens that is scratched. That's bad, really bad. The battery is also subpar. That's maybe worse. The shipping was advertised as 2-day. It came after 4 days. Plus the weekend. The folks at Back Market are insincere and uninterested in providing customers with the service and experience that should go hand in hand with such a significant purchase. 0 stars for Back Market. Victor, in particular, was of absolutely no help. I have never made such a significant purchase yet felt so diminished in the process. Victor was unwilling to provide even the smallest incentive to retain a future customer when delivery was delayed and other issues arose. We were offered a nominal 5% on a future purchase, if made within 30 days. Really? Who drops over $300 on a used iPhone 13 then turns around and looks to burn another few hundred bucks on something else within 30 days when things when wrong with the current purchase in the first place? If problems arise Back Market should offer a fair percentage or amount off the current purchase. Period. Come on Back Market, take care of your customers! There are better places to purchase refurbished devices, and perhaps my family and friends will begin to explore them instead when looking to acquire such devices. Otherwise, a solid iPhone, if it were in the condition promised!

    The phone is exactly how I expected, nothing less, nothing more. it had a couple of light scratches on the screen and the camera but when the phone was turned on you couldn't see it. the phone also has an 85% battery, it certainly dies fast compared to my old Android that lasted me more than 8 hour heavy use battery life but I'm not complaining because I'm not usually a heavy user. it lasted me a full school day but it probably won't last if you have more than 1 after school sport like me. when I first purchased this iPhone 12 mini, I honestly didn't care if there were scratches unless it's a deep scratch, as long as the phone works, I'm happy. I have a new phone case coming in about a week or two so after that I'll be set.

    After a few missteps or operating errors in transferring the data from an 8 year old iPad to the new one and failing. I contacted customer support which got right back to me, we gave up on our 8 year old iPad went with a newer iPhone and everything transferred marvelously just as it should. The new iPad is just marvelous faster processor and 128 gigs of memory it just what the best. That is why I’m a repeat customer of Back Market. 😎
