    The keyboard was shipped very fast (2 days) and besides the few scratches which were disclosed very well in the description, the keyboard itself was in perfect working condition. I would buy all my stuff from Back Market if needed.

    Condition of the ipad was bought in "good", but it came with lots of screen cosmetic damage and body dents and scratches on the back, deep groves on the screen. Having used black-market for years and trying different refurbished products at good, fair, and excellent; this was NOT what you typically expect to get when you order something in "good" condition. First purchase ive regretted on backmarket, but overall was fine getting a good deal on it. Besides cosmetics the shipping was the fastest ever (2days only) and the everything works internally as expected, battery holding up well too, would've been 5 stars had I purchased this under "fair" condition.

    Everything was fine until I had my IPhone 14 Plus all setup at MetroPCS T-Mobile . After getting the phone back and using it , the battery is going to need replacing . 77 Percent is the reading and that is when they need to be replaced . I thought a new battery was replaced when the phone was refurbished . This is not the case with my iPhone 14 Plus . Phone works fine . Having to replace the battery is an added expense I didn’t need after buying a phone .
