    The device works great and I’m happy with it overall. However, it did not match the “Excellent” condition I paid for, as there was a noticeable cosmetic dent. Support was responsive and ultimately resolved the issue with a partial refund, but it took some back-and-forth to get there. Good outcome in the end, but the initial grading could have been more accurate.

I turn the phone on it says AT&T I think not too much of it I go to my provider my provider says somebody previously owned the phone and still needs to finish paying for it why would you send me a phone that's not even been paid for and not even unlocked that was very disappointing

    Watch is great and in excellent condition, brand-new battery, no scratches, looked brand new. One thing, and this is a bit of an issue is that it included a cheap non-apple charging cable that does not charge the battery at increased wattage like the apple branded charger does. I would expect for the price I paid for this watch it would include the Apple Brand charger.
