My order arrived 3 days sooner than expected, which was amazing! I opted for the fair condition iPad 9.7 (2018) Rose Gold and it could pass for brand new, it has one teeny tiny scuff on the bottom left corner that you'd need a magnifying glass to even see. Everything works like new, only drawback I can find is the battery is a little slow to charge. It holds a charge for a long period of time though. 10/10 would absolutely purchase from this seller and backmarket again! Will recommend!

I must be receiving the same devices over and over. None of the iPads I’ve purchased from here (literally more than 7) have worked for more than 30 days if that long before it’s clear they weren’t properly refurbished. It’s just the iPads every single time. I notice if they are from the Texas Depot refurbished they are even worse and they never try to fix anything, just refund. So sick of this.

I got my ipad in fair condition, and it’s actually in really good shape besides the one scratch on the back. the screen was also coming “out” a little on the side, but i pushed it back it and no issues since. it came dead, and it’s slow to charge but that’s probably due to the age of the ipad.
