    This order took forever to move from “preparing” but the back market team asssited throughout. However, seemingly, the seller was a fraud and my money was reimbursed. Be careful and vet the sellers before purchasing. This is not a back market rating, I love the back market team, this is simply about this specific item.

    Terrible experience. I purchased from some seller called LaptopsLegacyLLC and they sent me pencils instead of the iPhone even after back market ensured me that the seller is legit. They are not, they were complete scammers I am only glad I got a refund. I already thought it was a scam considering they were shipping through media mail in which they do not allow electronics. Everything was such a waste of time, and such a disgrace. Terrible experience. Never again.

    It was my very first order on this website and it was very bad experience. The order was not shipped at all and no communication or explanation why it wasn’t shipped. I finally reached out to the support and the seller gave them a tracking number completely to a different city and state and they insisted that I wait for item that will never arrive. I requested for refund and finally refunded. Very incompetent seller. Should not be allowed to sell on this platform. Please avoid buying from this seller.

    Order was supposed to arrive February 18. It didn't ship until February 22, and only because I contacted customer support. Now it is being shipped the absolute slowest method possible due to arrive March 2. I needed the phone by the 18th, and now I'm stuck waiting!! I haven't had this bad of order fulfillment in a long time. $5 purchases on eBay are filled much more promptly. I can't imagine ordering from Back Market again unless they can rectify this situation.
