    I received the device more quickly than it originally estimated, and I am very pleased with what I received! The macbook is listed in fair condition, which you can see from a small scratch on the outside and a very small dent on the lid, but the screen appears to be flawless. You can see that the keys have been used fairly heavily, but otherwise, it is in very good condition. Battery was at 91%, and everything in the hardware is as described. The only thing that I would say was in "poor" condition was the provided charging plug, but although it looks heavily used, it works well. I know sellers are not required to provide apple chargers, and this one is at least an apple one. Overall, my experience with this product, this website, and this seller has been phenomenal. Thanks Back Market, for a great computer at a great price!

    This is my first time purchasing a refurbished laptop, and my first MacBook, but overall I’m beyond happy with what I received! The main signs of use externally were 2 small scratches on the lid and a shiny keyboard, but the screen was immaculate and battery was pretty decent at 86% and 118 cycles. This is much better than what I’d expected from a “Fair” condition laptop. One slight gripe that I have is that I wish the packaging was a bit more secure to where the laptop and charging brick couldn’t jostle around in the box, but the laptop itself easily still fully protected by foam. Thanks Laptop Nerdz for a great device!

    I love it besides the battery cycle being 300+ and the keyboard wear. For the price I got, I’m fine with it. I’d use backmarket again. May I suggest adding a battery cycle count threshold at each condition grade for customer transparency.

    The delivery was on time, and the mac works well, despite being advertised as “fair” condition it actually looks new. Only con is that the battery dies really quickly (barely lasts 1.5h if it’s actively being used). But i only purchased it for school + to pair with my ipad so it’s a good buy in my opinion.
