    My device is amazing it was exactly the condition as described. I feel the price was fair. Was sad the charger was not the original charger for the device. The battery device was decent and the laptop was in good condition. No dings or scratches were visible. Overall I am very pleased I have used back market before and have never had an issue. I plan on getting a new refurbished phone from them when I get my tax return. Very pleased overall and would recommend BackMarket to future customers that are on the fence.

    I went with the lowest priced option/quality, there was one sorta distracting scratch on the screen glass, but I knew for the lowest quality it wouldn’t be like new. Phone works great, my wife is happy with it! Came with a cable and charger. Great deal for an iPhone 13 mini!

    I ordered an iPhone 14 in fair condition and was very impressed with what I received. It had some dings on the corners and around the camera, which I expected, but a case covers those. The screen was flawless, not a single scratch on it, and the battery health was 96%. So far phone has functioned perfectly. There is a small line on one of the camera lenses, doesn’t seem like a crack but looks like it’s on the inside. Almost like a hair. But the camera works good now so hopefully that won’t cause problems in the future. This is my first time ordering from back market but based on this experience would order again.

    Good is said to imply the screen has no scratches, but there is a visible divot. Nothing major, I guess but it’s noticeable. Keyboard is clearly used with that “shiny” effect plastic gets from contact with oils from your skin. Chips in the finish around the edges and USB-C ports. All to generally be expected from second hand hardware. Otherwise? Seems to be good to go and with the quality you’d expect from an Apple product. I’m not sure how long updates will be supported but there’s always Open Core Legacy Patcher if you need to squeeze a few more years of life out of an out of date Mac. Definitely satisfied overall with the price given my model and specs compared to a brand new, base spec MacBook Air. I honestly feel like a got a steal because these M series processors are serious and don’t seem to be lacking even after 4 years. I’m not doing anything resource intensive, mind you, but I imagine it wouldn’t matter from what I’ve heard and the desktop experience with stage manager is snappy and responsive in a way that puts windows to shame. It honestly makes me never want to look back to windows.

    this was my second MacBook Air purchase on Backmarket- the first one was awful and I returned it, it was faulty. so I was hesitant to try a second time but I've now had this for 2 weeks and it is perfect! It is replacing a 13 year old macbook air and I didn't realize how sluggish it was, this one is lightening fast, it feels great, keys feel good, screen works perfect. it did come with an off brand charger but I haven't had any issues with it. corners have ever so slight dented/scratched but no other issues that I can see. SO happy I purchased this (especially at half price a new macbook). this is my third backmarket purchase (I bought iphone ear pod things that are still working great as well after like 4 years), great experience with them

    The phone had a small issue with the bottom built-in speakers, but Back Market's customer service (specifically from Daniel D and Laura B) was so outstanding that I felt compelled to write this 5-star review. I bought a phone in Fair condition and was happily surprised when it arrived with 90% battery capacity, 10% more than the 80% capacity promised for Fair phones. There was some minor cosmetic damage on the sides (as expected of a device in Fair condition) but the screen was flawless and arrived with a screen protector installed, which saved me a few dollars. The price for the 512GB version was a great deal. After I set up my phone, I noticed that the audio coming out of the bottom built-in speakers sounded usable but distorted, like the speakers had blown out. Everything else about the phone was perfect, but since the speakers are supposed to be covered by the inspection guarantee, I contacted Back Market to report the issue. They said that Liberty Tech Group, LLC, the third party who sent me the phone, was unable to provide any repair services but that they could offer me a full refund or free replacement if I was willing to ship the phone back to them. I explained that I had already set up the phone and that I didn't want to send it back since it was perfect except for this one issue. I asked if it would be possible for them to issue a partial refund. They said that Back Market couldn't do one directly, but assured me that they would contact the third-party seller to request one. A few days later, I followed up and asked whether they had heard anything from the third-party seller. They said that they hadn't, but that they would reach out one more time. The next day, they sent me a message that a $40 partial refund would be issued within the next few days. I previously had a perfect experience ordering a refurbished Macbook from Back Market. I am grateful for the great price on a great product, and for the excellent customer service. I will continue to use Back Market for future purchases and heartily recommend it to anyone considering purchasing a refurbished device. I was on the fence about whether to buy a phone in Good or better condition or whether to risk getting one in Fair condition. My biggest concern was the battery capacity. I didn't want to save a few bucks by buying a phone in Fair condition only to have to pay $100 to replace the battery shortly thereafter. Back Market only guarantees that Fair phones will have a battery capacity of at least 80%, but I saw enough reviews from people who had purchased Fair phones and received phones with a ~90% battery capacity that I decided to go for it, and it also worked out for me. It was also great that although phones in Fair condition can have micro-scratches on the screen, the screen on mine was in perfect condition.
