    She came in great condition. No scrapes, dents, or chips. The battery has 100% capacity and only 36 cycles. I use it for music production and it handles my workload great. I would’ve liked the original packaging and charging block and cable but all around a great purchase. I did look at Apple’s official refurbished items and found the same one with double the storage for only $100 more so I’d definitely check with them before making a decision but that’s no fault of the seller. They provided a great machine and I definitely don’t regret my purchase.

    They sent a MacBook with the wrong keyboard. This is the second issue we have had with Backmarket. My wife had an issue with her MacBook where the sent one that wasn’t the same as she ordered. Now I bought a MacBook and they sent me one with the wrong keyboard. Their QC is awful. How do you send the wrong product? They need to get control of their suppliers.
