    Purchased an “excellent” condition iPhone 13, and the phone arrived in a box but not wrapped up to protect it at all. There are multiple small scratches on the screen and noticeable dents on the top of the phone. This matches a “fair” description or “good” at best. Unfortunately, my options are only to return the phone or send it in to be repaired which isn’t very convenient

    I'm not gonna lie, I was skeptical about using Back Market. After watching 5 reviews about Back Market, I decided to give it a shot. I had a HP Notebook 15 for seven years and it officially went down the drain, I've been wanting a MacBook Air for the longest time but the prices were not in my market of wanting to spend that much. After searching which MacBook Air was the best to get, I ended up choosing the MacBook Air (2017). I found this MacBook on Back Market and it was the smoothest transaction I've ever had. My MacBook came in two days in pretty good condition, which is the condition that I have bought for. The laptop overall works fantastic and everything is up to date. No issues so far. The physical condition of the laptop is in pretty darn good shape for being a refurbished product. Best thing about Back Market is that you get a one year warranty in case of defects and you can a replacement (if somehow my MacBook has defects or not in the future, I can get a replacement without any issues) and they take payment plans. Wonderful experience with Back Market, I'll definitely be buying my Apple products here from now on. A+

    This Apple Watch Ultra is listed as a 2023 model (aka the Ultra Watch 2) but in fact it's actually a 2022 model (the original Ultra Watch). Also, the watch did not come with the orange band as seen in the photo. And lastly, the watch I bought was listed as being in "excellent" condition, yet it had small scratches on the sides of the case and on the bottom as well. I would not consider the watch I received to be in "excellent" condition due to the scratches and thus I returned it.
