    This new (to me) phone is doing great. It really does appear to be brand new. The ordering process was easy. As was preparing my old phone for trade-in. Then things started to unravel. UPS lost my trade-in phone! I was freaking out, but Back Market had my back (thanks Devis!), and they gave me the full value they had speculated on my old phone even though they received nothing in the end (because UPS lost my package). They didn't have to do that. But in being way more than honorable, they have me as a customer for life. And I like their conservation mind-set. More companies like this please.

    The body is the phone is in excellent condition the screen has many scratches and is far from flawless. Battery health is 85% with 674 charge cycles so it is kind of normal. I took the phone to an independent dealer they inspected it it has not been refurbished yet which is what I wanted and the price I paid is about around normal. If they would have included a screen protector and case it would have been a fair deal. I spoke to customer service they want me to return the phone but I just decided to keep the phone because it has not been refurbished and original parts. I wish the seller would be more mindful of condition and ratings of the phone. Price wise think is should have paid $50-$75 dollars less or gotten a free screen protector and case. But the hassle of sending phones back and forth is not worth it.
