    Great turnaround! Phone was as expected and arrive with a new cabe which i hadnt even thought about needing. Still had the name of the prior owner as the phone so hadn't been fully wiped/reset but I finished doing that myself

    Phone arrived super fast 3days from ordering! Was a simple set up and I’m simply loving the pro! This was and upgrade from my 8 plus so it’s a bit smaller but I’m completely ok with that! Brought in good condition but it’s clearly in excellent condition! I will be back in the future for sure, so glad I didn’t pay $1000 for a brand new one when this one is like brand new for a fraction of the price!!!!

    IPhone 12 came with a nonworking ear speaker, as well as a small crack near the camera and a faulty battery that turns on and off around 40%! This is ridiculous seller ignoring the facts and from digging it seems I’m not the only one unhappy! if I don’t get a refund I’m going to file a complaint to BBB!

    I purchased an iPhone 12 of “Good” condition for my son's birthday gift. Received a phone with an obvious and significant scratch toward the upper center of the screen even though “good” condition states that the screen is perfect. I immediately contacted customer service. I was given 2 options: 1) return the phone and purchase a new one, or 2) get a $30 partial refund. Neither option seemed appropriate. To purchase another “good” condition phone of the same model was now going to cost nearly $84 dollars more. And a $30 partial refund seemed pretty lowball to deal with an annoying scratch in the main viewing area of the screen (and who knows if this scratch would make it more likely to shatter the screen which would certainly cost more than $30 to replace). I communicated this to customer service and asked if there are any other options. I was told no, that this was it. I was also given a promo code that turned out to be like $18 off the purchase of a new phone. Pretty ridiculous. Clearly, I am extremely disappointed that the condition of the phone was misrepresented and even more disappointed with Back Market’s weak attempts to make it right. Seems the least they could have done was offer a replacement for the same price that I originally paid. Now I’ll be giving my son a scratched phone for his birthday which he’ll likely want me to return and then I’ll be heading elsewhere for future device purchases. This exact type of issue is why people are hesitant to use refurbished/used sellers. Unfortunately, I bought into Back Market’s claims and their “quality program”.
