    IPhone 12 came with a nonworking ear speaker, as well as a small crack near the camera and a faulty battery that turns on and off around 40%! This is ridiculous seller ignoring the facts and from digging it seems I’m not the only one unhappy! if I don’t get a refund I’m going to file a complaint to BBB!

    The privacy information requested to get paid for a trade in is overly invasive and risky. You cannot contact anyone by phone and the help website is terrible. I do not advise doing a trade in unless you want bank account, drivers license and last four of your social security out there to be hacked. That is pretty much all you need to hack an identity.
