I bought two of these pens, one for a Surface Book 2 and a Surface Pro 4. Both worked! The pen is like brand new. Great quality.

    The Surface 3 pen arrived in great condition and was packaged securely. It ended up being not what I wanted though. A couple times the pen’s touch didn’t seem to register, though overall it worked well. Still I need this for school so I’m going to get a different kind of stylus pen that might work better with my surface 8. Miguel from customer service was extremely kind, prompt in his communication, and made the process to return it very easy and fast. Overall I am very happy with my experience with Na’vi Tech.

    These pens are so expensive, which is why I'm happy I was able to buy one refurbished/preowned from BackMarket. It works perfectly with my tablet, and it's become my new go-to drawing tablet and pen. Everything was as described and arrived safely and on time. Plus, reducing electronics waste is always a win.

    honestly I love back market, but unfortunately the quality of the pen I purchased was not to par, I kept getting cut on what I think is the pen cover? As well as the magnets, one side sticks on the side well, but not on the other side. I could risk loosing the pen itself if I'm not careful. I was supposed to get it in excellent condition and it's definitely not what I got😕

    The pen was described as in excellent condition, but was definitely not. Firstly... It doesn't work. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers on the computer and then manually installing new ones. Nothing I do can get the pen to write despite being connected. Secondly, It came with a cheap vinyl cover on it and upon removal of the cover it has property of Fulton County Schools etched into the side. This may indicate that its stolen, or at minimum I don't think this puts it in the excellent condition category.

    I had bought 2 pens from here and one of the pen tips broke internally and both of the pen erasers never worked. There is a metal wrap on the pens covering up the previous owners which is a school district. There metal wrap cuts into your hands and hurts

    Pen didn't work. The only thing that worked was the eraser button. The only "refurbishing" that was done was to put a grippy sticker over the engraved "Property of Fulton County Schools" engraving. I expected marks, not an engraving. I would have communicated with BackMarket, buuut their communication page was 404. Edited to add…backmarket keeps emailing me for a review even though I left one weeks ago.

    It was nice to find a quality alternative vs. new, which isn't necessary. I've looked through the items and know it will be a good source to replace items that fail. My only question is do you take items in to either recycle or repair? I have an Xbox One and Surface pen that no longer function. Thank you.
