4/5I had bought 2 pens from here and one of the pen tips broke internally and both of the pen erasers never worked. There is a metal wrap on the pens covering up the previous owners which is a school district. There metal wrap cuts into your hands and hurts

4.2/5honestly I love back market, but unfortunately the quality of the pen I purchased was not to par, I kept getting cut on what I think is the pen cover? As well as the magnets, one side sticks on the side well, but not on the other side. I could risk loosing the pen itself if I'm not careful. I was supposed to get it in excellent condition and it's definitely not what I got😕

5/5If you don't know whether or not these pens will work with your Microsoft computer or tablet, use this list: https://dancharblog.wordpress.com/2017/05/29/surface-pen-compatibility-interoperability-faq/ It helped me so much. I bought two of these pens, one for a Surface Book 2 and a Surface Pro 4. Both worked! The pen is like brand new. Great quality.

2.4/5Pen didn't work. The only thing that worked was the eraser button. The only "refurbishing" that was done was to put a grippy sticker over the engraved "Property of Fulton County Schools" engraving. I expected marks, not an engraving. I would have communicated with BackMarket, buuut their communication page was 404. Edited to add…backmarket keeps emailing me for a review even though I left one weeks ago.

2/5Laptop makes a weird whining noise & heated up pretty fast and is blowing out hot air and the charger has a shortage in it but hey Atleast it turned on , wouldn’t recommend
