    The item was perfect physically - looked brand new with no scratches or dings. Unfortunately the screen wouldn’t come on. I could tell the pad was on because I could hear Siri going through the language options when I touched the screen, but the screen itself remained dark. Returning the pad was very easy - hopefully having my refund issued once they receive it will be as well.
