    I think the value/money proposition is a little steep. There are pinholes in the case and the earbuds. I imagine they are from the battery replacement process. However it looks like not al three batteries were replaced. I noticed that when I paired the earbuds with my phone, one bud doesn’t hold as much charge as the other. There was a difference of 20+% in the charged numbers.

    Product was OK: problem I didn't get when buying it is the charger comes with the device as it's stuck on magnetically (it's supposed to, of course!), but what I didn't appreciate is that this makes it impossible to keep cables tidy etc. So, I needed a proper charging dock. Small problem; sent for a return. This is where the problems have begun. Seller—OEM Source Inc.—seems to have refused delivery. USPS mailed it back to me. Now I look and the address on the mailer, in Brooklyn, is not the address on their website, in New Jersey. Is it a USPS issue? Well, Back Market sends me nice chats saying they are trying to contact the seller, who is not responding. So no, I don't think it is a USPS issue, I think this is a vendor refusing a return. That would be fine, all sales are final—if that's your policy. *Except it isn't*: they say they take returns, but seem not to when the mailman calls, and then ghosts anyone chasing it. Is it skeevy, or just incompetent? I can't tell the difference and at the end of the day, *why should I care.* Bad experience with OEM Source Inc., which means a bad experience with the Back Market platform.
