Headphones were exactly as described! Ended up returning them because I didn't like them, but the whole process was smooth. Great seller.

Arrived very quickly!

not refurbished! not in very good shape! cracked charging case! sent by third party! slow to refund my money! I don't trust them at all!

I have a list of reasons why I am unhappy and disgusted with this purchase. Upon opening the package, the seller included a religious text. I have absolutely no idea why they would include such a thing, considering I bought earbuds and they do not know my denomination. I noticed that the earbud tips were black (the product is silver) and they were included in a small baggy. I bought this item in excellent condition - I expect original parts. At the very least, unoriginal parts should be specified. They did not even color-match the tips. While I was already upset with my purchase, I decided to test them. Before I could do that, I noticed residue inside the earbuds. I have a tool that cleans earbuds, so I used that. The residue looked very much like old earwax. Not only was this in both earbuds, but the actual speaker mesh was riddled with it. To top it all off, I pulled out a small splinter of wood inside one. I would love to add these photos as proof, but BackMarket doesn't allow photos to be uploaded to reviews. This is my first time using BackMarket and I will not be using them again. I do not trust their vetting process for resellers whatsoever.
