    For 400 bucks, and being the only Note 20 on my network with anywhere near this price point, I though the value was fantastic! Phone was in better condition than I thought when listed "fair" and could've been seen as "good" no doubt, and the quality of the phone and it's software are awesome. It has, in the first 2 weeks, gotten a little glitchy/buggy for a little where keyboard starts going haywire and the freezes, but we'll see, and I also thought the 128 gb note 20s were expandable, but only the ultra apparently, and that really stinks when you have a 128gb phone. Useable, but will if nothing else, at least I'll have to monitor storage as time goes on and risk slowing the phone. Bummer. I had the ultra version for a week before it was stolen, and it's a really nice step up from this phone, but at 400 bucks, I'm more than happy!

    The product was shipped quite quickly and I when choose the good condition, I was thought it was going to have some imperfections. I didn't mind that and knew what I was paying for but it came in a much better condition then I had hoped for! It basically looks brand new but without the box! I was thinking this small scratch can't seriously be all there is to it and so I assumed maybe the battery life was bad or something. Tested it all week and so far the battery is lasting me all day with some extra to spare so I am pleasantly with this purchase and the seller!

    Amazing value on a "fair" quality device and the battery doesn't last all day with heavy use, but it s nearly perfect appearance-wise. I got this phone as a cheap alternative to the iphone 11 pro simply based on camera specs and for what I paid it's worth it just as a camera, if nothing else! Bummer that google isn't offering free original quality photo storage anymore, but I saved so much $ on this phone I don't mind spending more on cloud storage

The first Pixel 5 phone I ordered had to be shipper back because it was not unlocked as advertised. The second one, from this refurbisher, who was different than the first one, did send an unlocked phone that was easy to put on my providers network.

    The product has been great! And because of that I have not had to contact customer care with any issues. At first I was afraid the battery life wouldn't live up to the expectation but It is definitely 80% or above. SUCH A LOW price for a highly beautiful and clean phone.
