    I'm loving the upgrade from the first generation of Pixel that I have been using for a while now and since AT&T is turning down their 3G cell towers at the end of February. I had to get something better than the basic Android phone that they replaced my Pixel. It was sadly lacking in memory and storage. So since I bought my first Pixel refurbished, I found BackMarket had refurbed Pixels too. The Pixel 5 is So much better than any other phone I have used. I really had to get another phone with a fingerprint sensor.

    This was my first order on this site, and a gateway drug. At first it was out of stock even though I paid for it. I was very upset about that, but Backmarket gave me a coupon to make up for it. I ended up using it for the same company, but had to wait until it became available again. When I ordered it, I expected it to be in 'fair' condition, so in standards with this site, minor cosmetic things like tiny scratches. I was surprised, when I received it, it was actually like new. I could not find a single scratch or discoloration on it. The battery was also at a good capacity. Better than my last phone (I'd say 1.5-2 days which is great for such a powerful smartphone. The phone was larger than I expected, and I wanted a smaller one, but for what I've got I was OK with that trade-off. Was in hard competition with a Pixel 2, which was smaller, and I liked the look more. This one was chosen instead of the 2, however, due to the headphone jack. The Pixel 3A was larger, but had a headphone jack. So it was a trade-off there. I saved $600! Thank you BackMarket and seller. My first experience was impressive and I feel good about the environmental impact and moral impact (I dislike giving Google more money than it already has, would rather support a refurbisher). Will shop again!

    I have had my S20 FE for a couple weeks now and it has been amazing. Love the color and the fact that the phone has a flat display as opposed to the all too prevalent curved displays on Samsung's flagship phones. As for aspects pertaining specifically to Black Market, they have been amazing. The phone was stated as being in "good" condition but not the highest excellent condition. I was blown away at the quality of the phone I received and was not able to find a single blemish on the phone. The cord included was also of a very high quality. Thanks Black Market.

    I am very pleased with this phone. It's my second Back Market purchase and won't be my last I'm sure. I moved from a Galaxy S-9+. The SIM from the Samsung worked immediately. I use TracFone. The only downsides are that the screen is a half inch smaller and the weight is slightly less than my Samsung. But it's much faster, the camera rocks, and all my Google stuff integrated perfectly. Great price, arrived on time as stated, no blems or scratches. Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase!
