    No complaints from me. I initially purchased a refurb from Amazon, and was not happy with the quality of their work. After deciding I would send it back and order from here, I have been presently surprised that everything has gone above and beyond what I expected. Its not perfect, there are some scuffs and cosmetic issues, but the phone was clearly well taken care of in its previous life and if any refurb work was done, it was done with care.

    The device looks great and I was able to transfer my sim. But the phone only came with a cord not the block. So the phone isn't charging or it's charging extremely slow. I've tried using 2 different blocks and a different cord. 35 min and only 11% charged.

    They sent a USB C to USB adapter as the charging cable. Unfortunately, it's just a waste. I don't have any devices that have the old USB format. I wish they gave you some choice on the charging cable included. I had to go out and buy an actual USB C charging setup.

    I wish I had submitted a review earlier. TLDR: If something seems off about a phone you purchased, immediately return it or exchange it. I purchased the "Google Pixel 7 Pro 256GB - White - Unlocked" in "Excellent" condition. But my unit had visible/noticeable scuff marks on the metal around the camera. (Visible from 8 inches away.) The scuffs initially surprised me because I figured Excellent condition was...Excellent. Previously purchased Backmarket phones in "good" condition did not even have scuffs like this. I was on the fence about returning this because I thought the rest of the phone looked amazing. But after using it for 2-3 weeks, I noticed new quirks. Maybe the cameras were repaired/replaced but the 2x camera looks foggy. No smudges on the outside, but the pictures taken on the 2x look foggy all the time. Also, the random signal drops throughout the week have been interesting. Out of nowhere, it switches to searching and no internet or data or insert SIM card depending on the day. (This happens in places where I never had signal drops, like at work or home.) I took it to my phone carrier thinking it was my SIM card, but they did not find issues on their end or with my SIM. They did mention perhaps since it was refurbished, some components may be loose. This makes the most sense because I notice that sometimes the signal loss happens when I am taking my phone out of my pocket and I see "Insert SIM" or "No Internet". It happens 3-5 times a week. After restarting the phone, it connects back to data. I have purchased from Backmarket before but never encountered issues like this. Before leaving a review, I tried contacting the vendor through the link provided on my order history, but when I tried to fill out the prompt, it gave me no option to submit, save, or continue...I tried a couple of times ...but had no luck so I figured I would leave a review. I sadly got this phone after broke my Pixel during a crazy work month where I needed my phone for work, so I thought some scuffs around the camera were not that bad. But as I have used this phone, I learned that if something seems off for an "Excellent" condition phone, take the time to exchange it.

    I love the phone. it's not unlocked though. at all. I asked specifically for a unlocked phone. thank God Cricket runs off AT&T. I had to go there for them to correct the problem of connection. otherwise the phone is absolutely amazing. and it's better then the S22 and possibly the S23. everything is exactly the same. except the camera. Which I could care less about. but with the last update. it's pretty much the same as the newer phones. it was in perfect condition however. kudos to that. no scratches or dents or anything. add a super tough case. excellent!
