The Galaxy S24 that I received was not unlocked! It was locked by T-Mobile. I'm extremely disappointed and want this fixed immediately!

I had order a phone in excelente condition but it came with a little dent/scratch on the front of the phone.

Phone was ordered & and for upon the understanding that I was to be getting a device with a premium (essentially unused) battery. Having recvd I put it to use in my work, yet found the battery performance to be substantially poorer than experienced with 2 prior Android phones => MOTOROLA MotoX4, & then later a PIXEL 5A, where my experience with each of their service duration life spans I use as a benchmark. To be noted however that despite my satisfaction with these two devices over different time periods, they both came to give me grief for different reasons leading to each having to be eventually replaced, though for rather differing reasons to each other. The older MOTO phone lasted me four years but eventually had to run out of system memory space. I observed that judicious pattern of recharging via best practice knowledge, led to maintaining their respective performances with a small acceptable level of battery degradation for the time I used them. The latter of these two devices (PIXEL 5A) showed particularly robust battery use life between charges. However, it became unusable performance-wise where found it be regularly completely nobbled because of severe & frequent overhea...
