    Fast and responsive system speed, good GPS antenna (works under a car roof), plenty of memory storage, and battery life is excellent. No SD card, but internal memory is sufficient for my purposes. After leaving the phone on for 8 hours but not using it, battery is still at 90%. Battery charges quickly, even from a 1 amp charger. Form factor is a little larger than I'd prefer, but not big.

    I paid for "excellent condition", NOT "Very Good". Instead of going through all of this I would rather just have a full refund. I'm just so upset and disappointed, I don't even want your product anymore if I'm expected to settle for less than what I paid extra for.
