    In order to validate the quality of your products, you first have to be able to send the "CORRECT" product. Making a customer wait for 3 days only for THEM to receive a locked phone even though THEY purchased one unlocked, is unsatisfactory.

    1) I was supposed to be able to insert two physical SIMs. However, the second SIM is not fitting. I am not sure what is the issue. 2) Though the description said the phone was in "very good" condition", there are a quite a few visible scratches on the side body of the phone. Due to travel, just got a chance to unpack the phone and notice these though I received the phone a couple of weeks back. I am going to be on international travel starting tomorrow (that was the reason why I got this phone so that I can use two SIMs). It is a big disappointment. I do hope that I will be able to fix the issue with the dual SIM when I return back in a month. If there is no dual SIM facility, I do not have any use of this phone. I only purchased this for the dual SIM facility as I travel internationally regularly.

    I’m from Uruguay and bought a phone from this store for $199.99. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, customs opened it and found an invoice inside showing $221, so they retained the phone and I couldn’t pick it up. I ended up losing my money because the declared value on the outside didn’t match what was actually inside. I’m really disappointed because I trusted the price I paid, but the invoice included inside caused serious problems. If you’re buying from outside the U.S., be very careful — this cost me money for nothing.
