    My computer had issues with the battery and blue screen errors. I sent the repair and the computer returned in worse shape with no indication of what was found from the tech team and now that computer won't turn on at all. Of course the only communication is via text and I'll het the same boilerplate answer as before. My daughter is away in college borrowing my laptop which was not the plan when we bought her a laptop from back market.

    This is the 2nd order placed within a couple of weeks for a laptop. Both laptops were misrepresented by the same seller in their description/specifications. BackMarket customer service was polite and useless. I have spent a month going back and forth with BackMarket customer service and having to return purchase/return the two misrepresented laptops. Complete waste of time and effort. Not sure what "value add" BackMarket adds since the only option when item is misrepresented by seller is to return. There is ability for seller to adjust price and/or modify laptop (when possible) to meet the original specifications advertised
