    Phone arrived quickly, in the expected condition, and works perfectly. Some minor issues: (1) The phone arrived turned on, albeit set to the initial power-on configuration screen; (2) the included aftermarket power cable isn't up to Apple quality standards, but it works.

    I’ve had great luck with BM in the past. This time, however, when I received the device it was not unlocked. It was very easy to send back to the seller. But when it got there they told me it was unlocked even though the phone was very much still under Xfinity Mobile when it arrived and I was unable to use my Mint Mobile plan with the device. I chose to get a refund instead of working with them further, which was very easy to do. I’m pleased with the customer care service and just disappointed I wasn’t able to use the device I purchased. Will still use BM in the future.

    This is the 4th time I've ordered through back market over the years, I've purchased two S10+, one Pixel 4xl, and now the S20 Ultra.... but I ordered a "Premium" device, and while it functions great, the fit & finish of the refurb are sub par. There was explosed glue around the back glass edges, the back glass isn't perfectly aligned, and you can feel a ridge where it seperates from the bezel, you cannot feel this on an original un-opened device. There's exposed adhesive around the camera lens bezel as well. Also, a single solitary scratch on the display screen. I probably wouldn't have ever said a word, but BackMarket asked me to review & share, so I am. I would give this a 3/5, mostly due to cost/advertising versus reality. I paid a premium price for a premium refurb, and I feel it's sub par. I feel like I was overcharged for a lesser quality device when it comes to fit and finish. TLDR: Don't buy "premium" as it's probably a rip off from a "good" or "excellent" quality rated device. You're not getting what you paid for.

    First time trying this site. This is how I will buying phones from now on. Bought one rated 'good' condition, but honestly looked barely used. Just a couple minor scratches on the edge of the camera bezel. Actual camera glass was perfect. Was concerned about battery life, but seems to be great so far. Only thing to note is that it does not come with a charger. Free 2 day shipping was also a nice perk. Highly recommend
