    This is my second iPhone purchase through Back Market, the first was in June of 2021 and the only reason I needed a new phone was because I smashed my XR on accident. The iPhone 13 mini was purchased in July 2023z I’ve had more than enough time to determine the quality of the products and the customer experience of the company. Both Back Market phones (iPhone XR and iPhone 13 Mini) were advertised in “fair condition”. The only cosmetic blemishes were a light scratch in the screen, hardly noticeable really). I have never had any kind of software or system issues. The seriously operate like a phone straight off of the shelf. I’ve never had any issues with customer service either. I will forever be a back market customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    It came on time. Got here in good condition which i ordered no scratches on the screen tiny little scuffing on the aluminum frame. My only complaint is the wide camera isn't focusing and is lose when you are in the dark you can notice because it feels like the camera is vibrating and wont focus also the ear piece speaker is filled with debris i cannot get out. But its run really good for the price i paid

    Device was nearly flawless in appearance despite only choosing "Good". The only wear is on the camera rings - the body/frame, camera lenses, and screen are perfect. Unfortunately, the S-Pen won't connect for Air Actions and fast charging does not work at all, so that's a little disappointing. But overall, a good experience.
