    This is the fourth phone (plus 1 watch) across several family members that I have purchased via Back Market in the past two years. I prefer to purchase "excellent" and all have been as expected with at most some tiny frame chips and all but imperceptible marks on the glass. All batteries have been at 80% or more, and I wish there was a way to get a more specific number but I know that would be a logistical nightmare. So I will just summarize with "we have had several successful purchases from here."

    This is my second purchase on Back Market and I still love it. Last time I bought an iPhone in excellent condition and it only had tiny scratches on the back, around the camera lenses. This time I decided to go for an iPhone in good condition and it only had a couple scratches on the screen, which I covered with the screen protector that I had already planned on applying, and a tiny scratch by the speaker. The delivery was faster than I expected.
