    Product was order as Excellent, Back market said the screen is flawless.. better yet almost new, to my surprise full of scuff and scratches i will not recommend, the body of the phone can pass but their advertisement is of prodects i will recommend buyers to stay clear better yet visit another site if possible since Back Market does not do anythin and their customeer service sucks.. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER OR BACKMARKET TO ANYONE MOVING FORWARD

    This phone came in a worse condition than expected, deep scratches, the camera bump was chipped everywhere, not even a month later the volume button fell off, this month the back glass shattered because of a 1ft drop and the power button was about to fall out. Never buying anything from this company EVER again.

    My suggestion would be to avoid this specific seller and BackMarket altogether after multiple bad experiences. This was the straw that broke the camels back though. I purchased this phone under "good" condition, meaning the battery health would arrive at 85% or greater. Upon setting up, I found the battery health to be 72%, with warning signs saying it is significantly degraded and in need of immediate repair. On top of that, a "good" condition phone according to BackMarket notes that the screen should have no scratches. This phone is covered in scratches on the screen, very visibly. So those are two major issues with the device that were not at all as advertised. My expectations were based off of BackMarkets own website- expecting a phone with at least 85% battery health and no scratches on the screen- in which both were far from the case. I'm not sure how such lousy quality control can be had from such sellers, why are they sending out devices that clearly don't meet the own standards set in place by BackMarket. Upon reaching out to customer service, their suggestion was to just send the phone back, which I will do. Unfortunately that means it will eventually be sold to someone else in this terrible condition, far from advertised. I would stay away from this seller and BackMarket as a whole.
