    The phone worked excellently and any scratches on the back easily covered up when a case is on. The last phone I bought refurbished from another site was a nightmare, having a faulty antenna and leaving me with no service when my car broke down. Leagues happier with my experience here, will buy all my refurbished phones here from now on. The only complaint I could possibly make is that the USB charger included doesn't "fast charge" the phone, but honestly not that big of a deal. Phone still holds it's charge throughout the day even with heavy activity.

    I really went back & forth between buying directly from Apple & getting their Warranty or black markets I had really been disappointed with Apple for my last two devices not getting the coverage from Apple. So I went with Back Market. I couldn’t be happier so far. Not a scratch. The battery is in great condition. I’m really enjoying my 2017 IPadPro 10.5. The iPadOS15 just released and EVERYTHING works perfectly. I’m really glad I went with BM. the price was 140 less that Apple’s refurbished.

    The phone is in really good shape and arrived earlier that I expected. Never will buy a brand new one again. These fully refurbished phones are affordable and have to pass a certaih standard before being sold. And all the 256GB!!!! Really a bargain

    This is the best refurbished phone I have ever seen (I tried two other ones before I tried Back Market). The first two had problems but this one from Back Market is in perfect condition and working great. I will buy from them again. You can't go wrong especially with the 1 year warranty. The best as far as I am concerned in terms of refurbished electronics!

    First time buying a refurbished IPhone and don’t be afraid to do so yourself because it was an excellent first time choice of mine. I got the XR in mint condition and it’s basically brand new! It arrived super fast, within 3 days and the battery life was at 100% when it arrived. No scratches or dents on the body whatsoever, best choice I could’ve made, I will be buying from them again!
