    It did have a few cosmetic flaws. For example the bottom had several dents and a chip on the corner and a dent on the top. Which I didn’t expect since I chose good condition and good condition says micro scratches on body and that’s it. I’ve also noticed what looked similar to fingerprints on the edges of the screen. But Apple said it’s actually the screens coating worn off. They also waited several days before shipping so it came a few days after I expected. It was packaged really well though. The MacBook was really dirty though. It didn’t look like they had done anything with it which is also disappointing because refurbished items should be cleaned and looked over before selling. Crossing my fingers it continues to run good cause the rest was not impressive. Tempted to request a partial refund since I feel I could have saved a bit of money getting the lower condition item since it looks like it should have been listed as that. Kind of disappointing. Battery seems good though. At least I have that.

    The actual phone is in great shape but it came with an incompatible charging cable (lightning instead of USB-C). When I asked tech support about getting a replacement charger I was told that the seller (Reconext) couldn’t provide a compatible charger. Instead I was offered $10 as a “goodwill gesture”, which is not much of a consolation as now I have to pick up my own cable which will cost $20-$30.

    The device arrived in operating condition. Some minor scuffs on the case, and wear marks on the keys. My only gripe is how dirty it was when it arrived. Right out of the package it was covered with dust or crumbs, inside and out. Otherwise it works well.

    The item came with a deficient battery. When I reached out to the support team, I was not too thrilled with having to send the item back to be fixed. I took the item to a repair shop and had a new battery installed within a day. I would have liked to have been reimbursed for the extra money to have the battery serviced.
