    There are some cosmetic scuffs on the edges and bottom of the laptop which is a little disappointing for an 'excellent' laptop but everything else is amazing. The screen and keyboard are in perfect condition. The hinge which I was worried about is perfectly fine. Battery life is incredible for a 6-year-old device. Overall really good!

    I was honestly skeptical about buying from an app and a seller I didn’t know much about. I hesitated at first, but after reading a few reviews, I decided to go for it and I’m glad I did. I chose the “Good” condition instead of “Excellent,” and I’m really impressed with what I received. There are little to no visible scratches, and overall it looks almost brand new.     It’s in overall good shape but has a chip in the bottom right glass of the bezel. I didn’t think chipped / cracked glass was something that was acceptable. It’s not enough for me to return it as function wise it’s fine but was certainly taken aback when I noticed it. Been happy otherwise with the purchase.

    MacBook was just as described. There were 2 dents, which is expected for a "Good" level purchase. Works well, just as described. The one issue, I forgot to use a purchase code that would have given me $20 off my purchase, talked to BackMarket support. They mentioned there was nothing they could do. This part was very disappointing. I would think they'd be able to adjust purchases issues like this. All and all this was a good purchase.
