    Honestly, this was much better than I thought it would be. 3 years ago my company gave me this same model for software development so I knew what to expect. What I didn't expect was how much better condition this is in. Battery life is at 100 and not a scratch on it. This really is in excellent condition. I highly recommend this seller.

    I can’t tell that the MacBook has ever been used. There are no signs of wear. In fact, the only indication that it’s used is that it didn’t come with an Apple brand charger. I love it; it has allowed me to focus on content creation and being more efficient with my business. I would highly recommend!

    It went well, apart from the tracking number linking to the wrong service ( I think the number itself was FedEx, wheras the link sent me to UPS). The unit that arrived was very clean, when I saw "good" i was prepared to see some scratches or blemishes, however I'm damned if I can find anything wrong with the appearance. It did come with a USB charging cable instead of a magsafe cable, so I sourced my own cable for that.

    I’ve had bad experiences ordering refurbished products from Best Buy and Amazon, so I have BackMarket a shot. The laptop came 2 days earlier than expected, so that was great. And the laptop was fully functional and in great condition, with 87% battery life. Everything sounds perfect right? Not quite. I ordered “excellent” quality however my MacBook came with two very noticeable dents and a small scratch on the lid. I’m not too worried about it since if this was Best Buy or Amazon, it would’ve been way worse lol. But a bit disappointed since I was expecting “flawless” quality (since that’s what back market says you’ll be getting with their “excellent” refurbished models) but this was far from flawless. Nothing that affects performance though, so I’ll probably be keeping the laptop. But I’ll make sure to order from a different refurbishing company next time. Also another thing is that the charger included is an off brand one, so expect to buy your own MagSafe charger if you like MagSafe. Not an issue for me, I have a usb c charging cable and a 140watt brick at home so I don’t need a new MagSafe charger. Just a heads up for anyone else though.

    So far everything is amazing! It is a tad slow but thats probably a wifi or "used" issue so given that; this laptop is perfect! I am a social media influencer that uses special effects on my videos. This laptop worked out perfect for me to start learning in adobe after effects, lightroom, and many others!     I am pleased with the S22. Just recently the phone is stuck in a loop when installing update for One UI 7 and Android 15. After the update downloaded, installed, and restarted, the update downloaded again and again. I have to pause the update to be able to use the phone. Any ideas? Thanks.
