    The phone itself was fine, in good condition. I was disappointed that it is unable to update to the latest operating system but that is due to the age of the phone, not the condition. Customer service was very good. The reason for my not so great review is because when I received the phone, it had an old SIM card still in it. This is a major red flag for me as far as Backmarket thoroughness and safety when refurbishing a phone. I mean, how do you forget to check for a SIM card? That SIM card would’ve had someone’s personal data on it which is very dangerous. Even if it was left in there by the person that sold/exchanged the phone to be refurbished, whoever actually refurbished the phone and sold it should have caught that, and Backmarket needs to have higher selling/safety standards.

    Phone came like advertised, the problem lies in the battery life it was already down to 85% which means i will need a replacement battery sooner than expected. I know its a refurbished but 85% is a little over slightly used which is not a big problem for me but it does get hot really quickly and dies pretty fast.

    Excellent. This is a replacement for my son who has repeatedly cracked the screen on his original iphone 11. Cost of phones being what they are, I couldn't justify an upgrade.
