    Mostly everything is fine and as I expected, The only problem I have with my phone, and the only problem I got a new phone because of, is that the battery drains REALLY fast. It’s super annoying, you always have to have a charger around, and it’s unreliable. I got the “good” rating of refurbished phone, but didn’t expect it to have a TERRIBLE battery.

    The device was in really great shape for only being listed as fair. There was slight cosmetic wear on the front bezel, and a small chip on the top edge. Other than that it looked brand new. Shipping was fast and trade-in was easy.

    I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro. The physical condition of the phone was excellent, but I decided to return it because the battery health was just 80%. The phone came with a charging cable, but I was unable to charge the phone with that. Anyways, after inspecting for 30 minutes, I decided not to go with the option and returned it immediately. If the system permits, I will update on how the return process goes, as I know many of you are very eager to know about their return process. So far, Back Market has been responsive about the return, and today I dropped the phone at my nearest UPS location. Let's see how smoothly the return goes.

    The phone was delivered to a forwarding carrier very quickly. It arrived well packaged (they added packaging as it was not in a box. For this i take off 0.4 points but it was packaged in a bubble wrap yellow envelope from backmarket). The phone has 91% battery health which is great for a phone released in 2023 (3 years later). The most disappointing thing was the camera and a bit of the top and bottom had visible wear and tear scratches but nothing that wont be covered by a case and not too visible even with a clear case. The camera at the back was a bit smudged with the wear and tear but so far have not tested the camera is very bright lighting. It seems not to affect the photo quality. (and for those two things combined i take off 0.6 points because i got an excellent quality phone not good). Other than that i am happy and will report later if anything is wrong or if it turns out to be even more awesome. Thanks I hope this helps someone.
