    Purchased a "good" phone and received a brand new one, just out of its original Apple. It comes with a charger. I couldn't believe how spotless this phone was. I took the risk of getting a refurbished IPhone 14 Pro Max because I was too short on money to get a brand new one from Apple.com and I'm super glad I did. Honestly, I was thinking how bad can a phone that came out less than a year ago get. And I was right. To top it off, I checked the battery health and it showed 100%, so it has been barely or never used. The perfect new Iphone on a great deal.

    I was happy with the condition of the phone, but it literally had dirt on it that I had to wipe off. That didn't create a great first impression. Also, it was not shipped in a box; it was wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap and that was it. It arrived safely, but expensive electronics should be in a box.
