    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I ordered an excellent condition S21 and the phone was packaged without any protection, so it was getting banged up during shipping. The phone was obviously not refurbished by someone competent. The back panel was assembled crooked. There were scratches and the phone didn't even turn on after being on the charger for half an hour. Definitely a less than fair condition. I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. They are incompetent and do not care about their quality.

    Do not buy from this seller. The phone came unrestrained without any packing material to cushion it in its box. This led to the phone bouncing around in the box during shipment. Additionally, the phone came filthy with hair and sticky material covering it. The backboard of the phone was also detached from the main body. Finally, this is the last straw-the phone was supposed to be unlocked. It wasn't. This seller does not care about the costumer, nor their product.

    I was very skeptical about buying from here and unfortunately I was proven right, I ordered the excellent quality phone and although there were no visible scratches or signs of wear, the phone arrived incredibly grimy with dirt and gunk encasing the phone which I had to clean off my self. There’s still residue in the harder to reach places. The phone came with 75% battery health which is far off of the sites guarantee, and is basically the same performance as my current phone. I’ve heard good things from different people but overall I’m very disappointed, it’s like playing roulette deciding to get a phone from here

    Really wanted to like Back Market...but, my experience has been less than stellar. The phone I ordered did not come with a charger cable that actually fit the phone. Back Market responded quickly and was unable to secure a charger cable so they offered a small credit. Had a problem with the phone....they set up a call with a tech representative and I logged into the portal at the time we set up. No one was ever there! Even after they had sent four reminders of the meeting. Kind of a waste of time. They did offer to repair my phone but it is impossible to be without a phone for a few days due to family issues. There response team is very quick just not able to actually solve the problem.
