    i am completely enraged. I spent 3 years eating ramen so i could afford a refurbished phone. i am on disability. my old phone was 10 years old. i bought from this site and paid extra for the excellent model. it arrived with no stylus, the whole reason i bought the phone. and the back keeps falling off. i sent pictures to support and they said its not covered by warranty. I JUST GOT THE PHONE. THEY SENT ME A BROKEN PHONE AND NOW ARE SAYING ITS MY FAULT???? i cant tell you how upset i am.

    Phone was unable to connect to mobile networks. No customer support could resolve the issue, factory reset didn't help. This shows that the phone was never properly tested. At least the return process was easy, so credit to backmarket for that.

    When I got the phone, I noticed that a few times a day it wasn't responsive to touch and it would freeze. It would only start to work again once I shut the phone down. I also paid for excellent condition but it came covered in scratches with the paint scratched off many parts of the phone. We are so tight on money and we had to get a loan for new phones for my husband and I so I didn't want to spend more money to send it back and forth and see if the company would even do anything about it. Then yesterday it slipped out of my hands a short distance from the ground and now the screen stays black even though you can feel vibrations from the phone like it's still on. But since I dropped it, the warranty isn't valid. The quality I paid for was not what I received and now I have to find a way to get a new phone while still paying of this one. It's unethical to advertise phones in excellent condition only to send hard-working people something that does not look out function well.

    I bought this phone with 128GB at Excellent condition. There is a crack on the lens, a chip on the side of the phone, and the battery capacity is at a disappointing 89%. A little more than two years ago, I got a XR from here in Good condition and it was in better shape.
