    I got this as a gift for a friend in Ecuador... I flew down with it and when we went to turn it on it wouldn't work .. I have tryed to do a repair or return and the hassle I have had to just find or get to the return page is the worst ... I have only been to sights that are fraudulent that are this hard to reach customer service. And never have I found a way to reach a real person... Amazon is so much better customer service for reconditioned items. worst service ever
