    Honestly I was worried about ordering on back market at first, but once my item arrived I was so happy. I needed a new laptop desperately as I’m a film student looking to find a semi good running laptop for pro tools and avid since I couldn’t build a PC yet due to time constraints. I use my laptop everyday and this was such a good buy considering it is double the price on the Apple website (even with a student discount). So far, no flaws, my dock wasn’t working at first but I quickly fixed it with a quick Google search on how to reset my dock. Downside is that I’m a broke college student with $15 to their name…but I’m happy with my purchase.

    Our experience with backmarket was excellent. There was a storm moving through the area where their warehouse is located that caused a couple of days delay but they were very up front and communicated the issue which was obviously out of their control. The communication, price, and quality of the item we received was definitely top shelf. Looking to purchase another machine from them in the future.

    Better than expected condition, super fast shipping. If you are paying with a credit card and shipping to an alt address your payment will bounce. Found this on reddit as well. Had to clear this up by paying with PayPal to a verified address. Backmarket needs to clarify this on the front end of the purchase. Took a couple emails and a phone call to track this down, but customer support was excellent.
