    The confirmation email for my order showed that my order was to arrive days later than the initial date I was given at checkout. I contacted the help center about this and they said I would need to contact the seller to change the shipping address since I needed it delivered to a different address since it would be late. There was no contact information for the seller, and I was never connected with the seller, despite my request and being told I would be. I had to postpone my trip to wait for the laptop to arrive. Honestly, this was partially poor foresight on my part as shipping can waver for whatever reasons, and I should have anticipated that more. However, once I received my laptop and then arrived at the destination for my work trip, I found that the charger I was sent was the wrong charger and was completely incompatible with my laptop. I contacted the help center again and they assured me that the owner would overnight the correct charger. I did not hear back from the help center for three days. I contacted them once again, this time to check on the status of my charger, only for them to tell me that the seller did not send me a charger after all. I was given no explanation for not being sent the charger and no explanation for the lack of communication while I was waiting for several days, expecting a delivery. I was given a small credit so that I could go buy a charger. The nearest store with a charger was several hours away, so I was unable to use my laptop for the trip that I ordered the laptop for. Responses from the help desk were delayed and inconsistent throughout this time. Once I was able to charge my laptop and use it, I discovered that the USB ports do not have good connections and continuously reject my devices. I bought a warranty, and I need to send it in for repair, but I'm concerned about how long it will take and if a mix up will occur. I've never left a bad review anywhere before, and this being such a first world problem, it feels quite ridiculous to complain. However, since this is literally what this company specializes in and I had such a frustrating experience as matters continued to get worse, I feel it needs to be written. I only ever buy refurbished devices, and I know Back Market has a good reputation overall. I currently need to buy a new phone as well, but this experience has made me hesitant to trust this company again.

    I asked for excellent condition. The phone has a crack in the top right, it is the screen not the screen protector. I am not mad enough to return it. It’s just hard to see what my battery life and Wi-Fi connection is because that is the area that is cracked. Not excellent condition.
