    Please don't take my neutral face as a negative... just had some stress due to an oversight. I'm a huge fan of BACK MARKET, but this time an error was made... I purchased an iPad with Wifi and Cellular - for the first time buying an iPad with both. It took me nearly a month - and help from the Apple Genius Bar, to figure out that it was still locked to another carrier so I sent it back for a refund - thankfully just a couple of days before the 30 day deadline. I loved everything about the iPad! It was in the "GOOD" category but was in really pristine condition... except for that issue of it being locked. I appreciate the refund in this purchase. I will continue to shop BACK MARKET and continue to tell friends about how great the deals are here. This one oversight can happen, so if you are buying something that you need to be UNLOCKED be sure to check to make sure it really is unlocked before you get to 30 days! If so much time had not passed I would have accepted the offer for a fix but I'd lost a lot of time already - so I purchased a brand new one, and got lucky because of the timing of Black Friday to have saved a LITTLE something for the new one. I did pay more but I also got a few more benefits buying it new - due to a membership I had in place from the company (not APPLE) I purchased it from. I also decided not to sell my old iPad and am giving it to a family member who can use it! But... the "GOOD" designation really delivered an iPad that looked much better than I expected. One thing though... FEDEX is not as good a shipper as they used to be. There is too much "MYSTERY" surrounding when you will receive it, which adds stress to the buying process. I wish there was a choice to have items shipped from another delivery company.
