    So far functionally everything works, however, I feel the quality demarcations of fair vs. good vs. excellent seem a bit subjective. I paid extra for a good but it actually had a lot more blemishes that I had expected. Both cameras (not the glass) but the edges were pretty scratched up. And there was a dent in the upper right hand side indicated a drop. I was initially nervous that it would not work well because it may have taken a pretty big drop. But everything seems to be working well but not sure how accurate the fair vs. good vs. excellent condition ratings are.

    I was sent the wrong item. I ordered a 16 GB RAM Macbook Air and received one with only 8GB RAM. I paid extra for this feature. Based on the previous reviews, I am not the first person they sent the wrong, downgraded device to. I was hesitant on purchasing for this reason, but I was hoping I would get lucky and get the correct device I ordered. This shouldn't be a worry of mine in the first place. talking to Back Market customer service is like talking to a robot, there is absolutely no personal touch or help from them. I felt as though they were trying to scam me, by sending me the wrong device and making the replacement process so difficult that I may be prompted to just give up so they can keep their money that I was cheated out of. Not to mention the track pad was broken as well, and didn't register my click half the time. I ended up completely returning the device and getting a brand new one from the store, because the hassle was so difficult for me I'd rather pay double the price than have to deal with back market customer service ever again. Truly a terrible experience.
