    I gave a 5 because Back market is an excellent place to buy refurbished items. I've ordered from them 4 times. This 4th item from Spry was terrible. Fair was more like poor for iPhone 14 plus I bought. For Spey I would give them 1 star.You ask them a question they don't fully answer it. I've never had a problem with any of the other fair phones but this one the apps on the screen jump without you touching any buttons, the phone was dirty with dents on every corner of the phone. I returned the phone. Also, the company is in MD like me like 25 mins away & it still took the package 2 days to come. I reached out and they responded it was the delivery company. The company was Fed Ex express.

    This is my second time ordering from Back Market and both experiences were great. The first time I ordered I ordered a good phone and the phone only had one scratch on the camera which wasn’t visible, when taking photos. Then I ordered this phone in fair condition, and the only problem was three scuffs at the corners of the phone. Both the front and back were flawless and a 90% battery, overall, I’m very satisfied. I can say, though I believe they just give you any phone whether you order fair good or excellent.

    On the plus side, the computer was well-packed and arrived in absolutely pristine condition. No blemishes whatsoever. On the negative side, I was disappointed to receive a Window layout keyboard rather than a Mac Keyboard. Not a deal-killer, but I will be replacing it.
