    love this phone! I had a hard time finding a phone that WAS locked to AT&T, but I lucked out when I found this phone, in excellent condition for a great price. shipping was fast, set up was a breeze. Switching phones there always seems to be an issue and I end up havjng to call customers service.... but not this time! I highly recommend this seller!

    Phone was in almost perfect condition! There were a few scratches but we got the fair one. Works perfectly, no battery or system the packaging was secure and made sure that there was no damage during transport. It got here in 3 days instead of the 5!! We will be buying our next phone here!     Delivery was fast. I was a bit apprehensive, but phone is in excellent condition. Not a scratch on body or screen. Battery life has proven to be as good as my old phone. Easily transferred date from old phone to this one. I was a bit concerned with heat generated with initial charge up, but it hasn't heated up like that during subsequent charges. I don't recall my old S10e doing that, but no problem. Phone analytics show everything in great shape. Extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Backmarket.com

    Looked pristine out of the box. After charging, I was able to transfer all the data from my old S8 to the S21 with no hiccups! Took old and new to T-Mobile and got a new SIM card. Phone is working great, but 5G signal is poor at my place (hope the improve this soon).

    I have been shopping around for a refurbished phone for many months and finally made my choice with BackMarket and am happy to have done a small part to decrease e-waste. I was pleased with the ablity to choose a condition level and pay according to that condition and that they had a Note20 Ultra available. The phone I received was in the condition listed and worked great except it came with an S pen that doesn't connect to my phone. Customer Service has been slow and unhelpful so far. After waiting over a week, I got a response and it was simply to go to some websites for troubleshooting I had already completed with no offer to simply swap out my S pen. I have had this phone for a few short weeks and expected to receive a working S pen with it. I encourage you to still purchase a device from BackMarket but be aware that customer service is not quick and it may take several weeks for a resolution.
