Dealing with Back<Market has been a great experience. I ordered a Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G phone. I believe it was listed as fair condition. I would say it is in excellent condition. No visible scratches on the screen or body of the phone. I received it within a couple days of ordering. Have had it approximately 3 weeks now, and haven't knowingly had any problems with it. I upgraded from a Note8. I have noticed BIG changes between the two series and many of the "improvements" in my opinion have made the Note20 less desireable. But that's just my opinion. Fedex gave some trouble, but the actual phone once delivered was very on-point as described. Even buying the phone under a "good" condition gave an excellent device in wonderful condition. It came with everything I needed to start it up. Hey, finally updating to give a review on my Note 20 Ultra. It's been about 2 months, and it's been great. Battery life could be better but I knew what I was getting into after doing some research about the phone before ordering. I ordered a fair-conditioned and what I got was better than what I was expecting. The front had a few scratches and a nick on the screen but overall manageable. The back is in perfect condition no clue if it was replaced or not, but I'm happy about that. Device had little to no scratches. However, the screen does have a like a pooped pixel. A very little spot spec was in the screen. So when I play videos or look at screen there’s a popped pixel .
