    The charger for some reason doesn’t work well, there were times I had to plug it in to different outlets for it to start charging Just recently I felt it get really hot, on a normal hard surface table and the charger ceased to work. So right in currently left with no charger The laptop works great, charger sucked

    It came with some scratches on the top and for the first few days I was using I thought about return it because he was running out of battery quickly but then after a couple more days the battery got back to normal and now I’m really enjoying my laptop. It’s working great so far and it was worth it for the price.

    So far so good! It's a lot for an old woman like me to learn. I love it. There's a learning curve involved, but I am getting used to it. (It has already "found my iPhone" for me. Texts are handy. I bought it for the fall recognition feature, but I find it very useful in many ways. Battery seems fine. I use low power if I think it might not make it thru the day otherwise. It does have some scratches on the face, they don't inhibit its use in any way, nor are they obvious to anyone else. It keeps insisting that I stand up! Sorry, have to obey.
