My Macbook arrived 4 days late. The warranty should begin on the date of delivery, not the date of purchase. I didn’t get the exact MacBook I ordered. In some ways, I got a better one (16 in instead of 15.4, and more storage). However, I ordered one in “Excellent” condition and got one with a dent and scratch in the top left corner. I’m overall very pleased with the product, but I question the reliability of this seller/site.

This MacBook Pro has been professionally restored to working order by an approved vendor.  It has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications.  It is in good cosmetic condition showing normal signs of use including minor scratching and/or scuffs/dings/dents.  Screen may also show light keyboard marks but this does not affect functionality.  Power adapter is included.  Original packaging is not included.
