    "Excellent" is described as "almost no signs of wear with light micro-scratches on the body." What I actually got has multiple chips all over the body of the watch with the worst ones hidden by the strap. The watch itself won't charge. I tested the charger and it seems to work, but it isn't an Apple part so it could still be the problem. Either way, Watch is completely useless since I can't charge it.

    It arrived it poor condition. When I asked and sent photos of the watch, they offered a $10 refund or return. Not super satisfied with the product but I chose to keep it. Pending a partial refund for the watch condition however they have not confirmed. Unfortunate result as BackMarket is usually pretty good. Be wary I would say.
