I was very happy with the condition of the watch I ordered (Apple Series 7 condition-good). The battery health showed 100% when it arrived and I couldn't see any external blemishes. My only minor complaint was that it came with an inferior, after-market charging cable and no wall plug. It took 2-3 hours to charge fully and the charger puck and watch would get very hot (even when plugged into an Apple 20W charging plug). After contacting BackMarket, the seller refunded me $25 to (mostly) pay for an authentic charger. It would've been nice not to have to take these extra steps but at the end of the day I received a quality product for less $ and kept it out of the landfill. BackMarket made it easy to arrive at this resolution, so no complaints about support or serice from them. Overall the savings compared to new made this experience well worth it. Seller shipped a 3rd party charger and band with my Apple Watch. The band worked fine but the charger caused the watch to heat up and took forever to charge. I reached out to customer service and was refunded $10 for the malfunctioning charger, but the replacement cost me $30. Even after explaining this, I was only offered the $10 refund. The seller did send me another charger, but, as expected, it has the same issue the first one had.
