    The watch was supposed to be “fair” but it came completely scratched around the case, and with two huge very visible dents (not scratches) on the screen. I was told by customer service it’s “fair”, and the expected condition. They offer me a 5% discount lol, what a joke! So “Fair” equals “Very Poor”, beware!

    I paid for excellent quality but got a beat up, scratched, and not very nice watch. It works but doesn’t look the best. The screen is scratched, the corners and dinged up, and the dial doesn’t have any color left on it.

    The device did not work at all. It would not turn on. There is little help on the website for trying to trouble shoot the problem. I tried to use the few resources on Back Market to help, but nothing worked. I tried looking up other resources online, but still no success. Very frustrating. Buyer beware when buying refurbished, I guess. The appearance, delivery and packaging were fine, but don't matter when the device doesn't work, so giving everything 1 star.
