    the phone came with a defective screen. the customer support was really unhelpful - it is bot based and they do not listen to the specifics of your issues, rather just offer generic responses and "solutions" such as just returning it rather than fixing the problem.

    The phone itself was in good condition. No major dings, dents or scratches outside of normal usage. Now, the issue happened when the battery health was 77%, completely going against all guidelines set in place by Backmarket. After escalating the issue, the seller was going to do a battery replacement but apparently only if I sent the phone in. Partial refunds aren’t a thing, and I asked for one because I can and prefer to do battery replacements by myself. I’m disappointed in the seller and Backmarket in general. I know it’s an older phone and it’s the luck of the draw, but if I’m going to pay significantly more than a comparable phone on eBay, I’d appreciate for the care and attention.

    When I bought this air, I had gotten the excellent condition, and it arrived scuffed and damaged, along with the hinge being broken. Customer support was quick to address the issue and kindly give 10% of the cost back if I agreed to keep the laptop. While I am a little disappointed that it arrived damaged, It is now fixed and I am very happy with the performance and battery life.
