    I bought this as my first MacBook item. Whilst the quality of the laptop did seem great, the battery arrived at 30% and died relatively fast. Not only that, but I was unable to charge the thing straight out of the box! MagSafe charger never worked. I’m getting a full refund. Buyer beware: there seems to be a lack of quality control with seller. I also noticed someone else said the charger they were given was too big and they had to go on Amazon and buy the correct one. Why should we as the consumer have to suffer for the seller’s error?

    Stay away from this site! I am from El Paso Texas and I had purchased an iPhone XS for $120 in fair condition. Not to mention the phone didn't even charge correctly!! Two days later I had dropped it and the screen is all messed up now. I reached out to them and basically told me they couldn't do anything about it because I was out of warranty and not even replace the phone for a fee. You guys are better off saving your money for a new phone and not spend your money on this money scam.
